And the food is very good and not overpriced like other local establishments. We would absolutely come back!!!”

“I will tell you what if you want a good burger with fries cooked to perfection then check out the river inn ..I have been coming here for years before I moved out of town. Love the deck on the side that over looks the river. This bar is also pretty big and had several pool tables and a rather large pulltab booth. They have bands that play frequently so the river inn is a must stop!”

“A great view of the river. The waitress insisted the Philly cheesesteak was great, but I was skeptical, having had so many lousy ones in over 40 years. It tied as the best Philly I’ve ever had including the original cheesesteak at Geno’s in Philadelphia. We enjoyed the story of the bar being flooded out earlier this year also.”

“The place was recommended to me as a good place for lunch. Had a grilled chicken sammich and fries with a water to drink.Food served hot and fresh. Portion size ample. 7 bucks plus a tip. I usually do not get excited about pickles. But these are amazing pickles. Sure. Give these guys a try.”

“I always get the River Club with onion rings and it’s the best damned club I’ve ever had, I even find myself craving them from time to time. The wait staff is always friendly and smiling, I’ve never had a bad experience at River Inn and I honestly can’t say that about any other restaurant.”
